All readings are set up either by calling Joanna Gerard, and leaving a message or emailing her through her site. Joanna will not respond to text messages. In order to hold a spot, you must pay within 24 hours of CONFIRMING with Joanna via email or phone. If payment has not been made within 24 hours of confirmation, the reading will be cancelled and that time spot will be given to someone else. You will receive a confirmation that you paid via email, as will Joanna Gerard.

Once you have agreed upon a time with Joanna, you will call her at 727-239-9489, for your reading at your scheduled time spot. It is your responsibility to call her at the designated time. Although Joanna reads for people all over the country and world, she is located in Florida. Therefore, all readings are Eastern Standard Time. Please be sure to call her at the correct time.

If for some reason, you are unable to call Joanna at the designated time of your reading,  it is considered a no show and you will have to purchase another reading to schedule. However, please note, that the reading may be for several weeks or months in the future, depending on her schedule due to wait lists, and a high volume of requests.

Joanna believes in giving everyone an opportunity to be helped through her natural talents and abilities. However, if at some point Joanna feels as though there will be a personality conflict between herself and a client, she will finish the reading but also refer the person to another psychic/ medium for future reference. Joanna believes it is her goal to remain as professional, ethical and detached as possible, which will result in an accurate reading. Therefore, she will be selective when it comes to the energy she is willing to immerse herself in. She believes that in order to be an ethically responsible reader, she must be as impartial and as fair as possible.
